FreightSplit privacy notice

Version 2026-11-02

What FreightSplit processes

FreightSplit processes your Shopify shop identity, the online store owner's session identity, name and email supplied by the official Shopify SDK, and the catalog SKU matching required for the workflow. Application code does not query the owner's phone or postal address, customer contact details, payment credentials or order records.

Merchant-entered data includes supplier, purchase-order and shipment references; SKUs, quantities and unit costs; expenses and allocation methods; dated exchange-rate evidence; and correction reasons. Saved events include a tenant-scoped owner pseudonym and recording date. Use only data needed for the shipment calculation.

Purpose and access

Data is used to authenticate the owner, verify catalog identifiers, calculate and preserve allocation evidence, enforce the selected plan, export private records, prevent replay and recover the service. It is not sold, used for advertising or used to send customers messages. The merchant controls the purpose of any personal data it enters; the operator follows the processing terms and documented instructions.

Business records and exports require the current owner session and installation. Native Shopify billing approval is required for a paid plan. A failed verification does not unlock paid access.

Infrastructure and safeguards

Hosting is Oracle Frankfurt, Germany, with Cloudflare HTTPS and network delivery and Shopify authentication/catalog/billing. Recovery copies are separately encrypted and transferred to the operator's private Mac in Türkiye. Private keys and tokens are kept outside public source and listing assets.

The service uses HTTPS delivery, restricted application storage, official Shopify session validation and installation/privacy fences. These safeguards reduce risk; no software or storage system can promise absolute security.

Retention and choices

Active business evidence is retained for review and export. Uninstall deletes cases and agreement receipts and revokes old sessions; reinstall does not bring back the prior case history. Remaining inactive business evidence is purged within 30 days or earlier after an applicable verified shop-redaction request. Minimal monthly usage, installation and replay safeguards remain separate for their documented purposes. Encrypted recovery copies expire under the seven-day backup-maintenance process.

Contact info@dijitalpilot.com for service-data access, correction, export or deletion assistance. Material document changes use a new version and require renewed owner acceptance. Shopify's own account and platform processing is governed by Shopify's policies.
